We have developed a HR-Support package called HR-Knowledge for companies who do not want to deal with the headaches of production support. This means the implementation focuses on training your staff to use the system not maintain it.
The HR-Knowledge includes includes the following services:
- 20 hours of support per month
- Two month accelerated startup that provides three times the support (60 hours per month)
- Proactive hot package application
- Error logging via telephone or onsite support system
- A connection to our support center for remote problem resolution
- Four onsite visits per year by a TIG application or system consultant
