Years of Service Award

• What is the Years of Service Award?
Since 1998, TIG has sponsored the Years of Service Award. It recognizes the significant years of service of employees who had reached 3 or more years of service.

• Who is eligible for the award?
Eligibility is based on a combination of prior and current TIG employment. Employees must be on the TIG payroll and have reached their anniversary date as of August 31st of the award year. Eligible recipients must be employed at least 50% time, some portion of which must be with TIG and the employee is considered to be a “TIG employee”.

• How will recipients be recognized?
Recipients of the award are given a lapel pin with the a TIG logo and the following stones:

3 years- four garnets
5 years- one diamond
10 years- one diamond and one garnet
15 years- one diamond and two garnets
15+ years- one diamond and three garnets
